Nerja, the true gem of Costa del Sol is located in province of Málaga, 50 km from city of Málaga. Situated between the mediterranean sea and the mountains, offers not only the most picturesque views.

Nerja is a special place on Costa del Sol for many reasons. Once it was a tiny fishermen village like many- but even after it grew bigger it never lost its andalusian charm.

Just a few kilometres form the centre of the town there are Caves of Nerja – there is no place like this in the whole Costa del Sol!

You can find there the biggest stalactite in the world and signs of human activity dated to 20.000 years bc. The caves are open for tourists so do not miss the visit there!

Nerja offers a wide selection of sport activities. If you are a fan of water sports you can choose from stand up paddle surfing, kayaking, snorkeling and diving, to parasailing.

If you prefer to go to the mountains, there are many hiking routes to climb or to ride with an electric bike.

In addition, it has also a tennis courts, various sports clubs and a golf courses within a 30 minutes drive.

Feel like you need to cool down after the beach? Sierra Nevada mountains with its skiing resorts are just an hour drive from Nerja!
